All rentals require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit.   Damage deposits
will be returned within 10 business days, subject to damage inspections and
deductions as per the rental contract.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES


Cleaning service

$250 and up
Includes: Washing and sanitizing the kitchens and bathrooms.  Vacuuming, Washing, cleaning and polishing the wooden floors, dusting. Emptying the dishwasher.
You are still responsible for: Cleaning the stove, oven and fridge, washing all pots, pans and dishes. Emptying the garbage. Extra charges will apply if we are required to do these, subject to the condition we find them in.

Note: Please do not use the Oven Self-Cleaning option. It malfunctions, causing the oven to lock up which then requires a $250 repair visit, for which you will be responsible.

Linen service

$250
Includes:  1 king, 4 queen, 1 double, and 3 single bed linens, 16 pillow cases and 16 bath towels and 8 hand towels.
You are responsible for all other: beach towels, other towels and linens, etc.
